Much like our historic Beaufort building has been turned into a modern candy shop, our sweets are made using a mix of classic techniques and modern ingredients. Old-fashioned copper kettles like the ones we use in-store have been part of candy-making since the 1940s.

We craft our chocolates, fudge, and ice cream using traditional recipes that have been perfected for decades. Many of our goodies are even made in-store, sometimes right in front of our customers.
