We source our milk and cream from local, family-owned farms. The temperature of the ice cream is essential: We own and operate our Kilwins ice cream trucks to better monitor and control the temperature so that it gets to you in perfect condition. 

Besides our temperature-controlled trucks, we did considerable research into the perfect ice cream tub for storage. When we couldn’t find one, we made our own. From start to finish, it’s what makes our Kilwins Kitchen Petoskey ice cream store so beloved.
