Our confections are made with equipment from the 40s, 50s, and 60s, along with high-tech modern equipment as well.

We started making ice cream in 1985. Our ice cream base is made with the finest ingredients, and every ice cream flavor is kosher-certified.

Once our ice cream is made, we pack it into specially designed containers that carefully preserve the texture and taste of our ice cream. These containers are shipped on our own ice cream transport trucks, where the temperature is carefully monitored to make sure the ice cream stays as fresh as when it was made.

At our Gainesville ice cream store, you can enjoy a scoop of our Original Recipe Ice Cream in one of our freshly made waffle cones. Our ice cream (waffle) cones are made in-house by hand because, in our experience, that’s the only way to get a truly high-quality cone.
