Our Mackinac Island Fudge is one of the major reasons we’re known as a staple Elmhurst chocolate store in addition to being an ice cream destination. We have Don and Katy Kilwin to thank for developing the original recipes in the mid-1900s. There’s a reason for the popularity of our fudge over the years. We still honor the original recipe as it was intended. A no-sugar-added version may also be available. Our fudge makes for a great way to treat yourself or surprise some of your favorite people. 

That’s not all you’ll find at Kilwins. Caramel apples are a favorite year-round treat, but we think they’re an especially delicious way to ring in the fall season. The mid-80s marked the debut of our Kilwins Original Recipe Ice Cream. Kilwins provides a broad range of options you’ll love, whether you’re into fruit flavors, vanilla, chocolate, mint, or anything in between. You can find our best flavors and fresh, handcrafted waffle cones and waffle bowls at our Elmhurst ice cream store.

All of our ice cream is kosher-certified. Our love of our Elmhurst community begins with sourcing high-quality ingredients. We also have our own temperature-controlled trucks that help keep our products at the right temperature and consistency while in transit.
